Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 22, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Solarity AI LLC (“Solarity AI LLC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects through the IQ Max mobile application (the “App”), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information in three ways: what you give us directly, what the App generates as you use it, and what our service providers collect on our behalf.
Account information. When you sign in, we receive an email address, and — depending on the sign-in method and what you choose to share — your name. Sign in with Apple lets you hide your real email behind an Apple-provided relay address; if you do, that is what we receive instead.
Assessment and training data. The exercises you complete, the scores and timings they produce, the training goal and habits you select, your daily streak, and your progress through the App’s programme.
Purchase data. If you subscribe or make a one-time purchase, our subscription-management provider (see Section 3) tells us which product was purchased, its status (active, expired, refunded), and an anonymized transaction identifier. We never receive or store your card number or other full payment credentials — those are held by Apple or Google.
Device and usage information. Device model, operating system version, app version, general app-usage events (such as which screen you viewed or which exercise you finished), and approximate technical context needed to keep the App working correctly and to understand how it is used in aggregate.
Support correspondence. If you contact us, we keep the content of that correspondence and your contact details so we can respond and keep a record of the request.
2. What We Do Not Collect
We do not request access to your camera, photo library, contacts, or precise location, and the App does not contain third-party advertising or ad-tracking SDKs. Local reminder notifications are scheduled entirely on your device: no notification content, token, or schedule is sent to us or to any notification server.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information above to:
- create and maintain your account and sync your progress across devices;
- score your exercises and build your training programme;
- process purchases and manage your subscription entitlement;
- send you service messages, such as a sign-in code or a receipt confirmation;
- understand, in aggregate, how the App is used so we can fix problems and improve it; and
- detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your assessment results or account data to serve you advertising.
4. Who We Share Information With
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the App, each acting under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations, and only to the extent needed for the purpose described:
- Supabase — our database, authentication, and backend hosting provider. Your account and assessment data are stored on Supabase’s infrastructure.
- RevenueCat — our subscription-management provider, which coordinates purchase and entitlement status between the App, the App Store, and Google Play.
- Apple and Google — as the operators of the App Store and Google Play, they process payments, may facilitate sign-in, and receive information as required to operate those platforms, under their own privacy policies.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or a good-faith belief that doing so is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Solarity AI LLC, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers. If Solarity AI LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy or a policy at least as protective.
5. Data Retention
We keep your account and assessment data for as long as your account is active, and for a limited period afterward to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you delete your account from within the App, we delete your account record and associated assessment data from our production database; a small amount of data may persist briefly in encrypted backups before it is rotated out, and we may retain the minimum information required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level database security — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights and Choices
You can review and update your basic account details, and delete your account and its data, at any time from inside the App (Settings → Delete Account). Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to request access to, correction of, or a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, or to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. You can exercise any of these rights by contacting us at support@solarity.ai; we will respond within the time required by applicable law.
If you are a California resident, the categories of personal information described in Section 1 are, to our knowledge, the categories we have collected in the preceding 12 months, and we do not sell or share (as those terms are defined under California law) your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
8. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@solarity.ai so we can delete it.
9. International Data Transfers
Our service providers may process and store information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards — such as standard contractual clauses — to protect information transferred internationally.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App.
11. Contact Us
Questions or requests about this Policy or your information can be sent to support@solarity.ai.
